It’s Your Ride. We’re Just Here to Guide You.

At WellCycle, every class is about you - your journey, your goals, your power. Our experienced instructors aren’t here to steal the spotlight; they’re here to light the way, guiding and encouraging you to push past limits you didn’t even know you had. With years of expertise and a deep understanding of what riders crave, we craft each class by pulling inspiration from the experiences of real people - just like you.

Whether you're here to sweat it out, clear your mind, or simply take a moment for yourself, our instructors are by your side, making sure every ride leaves you feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to take on whatever comes next.

The WellCycle Method: Where Movement Meets Meaning

Our approach blends movement, motivation, and mindfulness, helping you not only achieve your goals but also feel stronger - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • Find Your Rhythm, Build Your Agility

We kick things off by dialing into speed and cadence. This segment focuses on quick leg turnover and light resistance, training your body to move with agility and precision. These fast-paced efforts not only improve your coordination and cardiovascular efficiency but also set the tone for the challenges that follow.

  • Embrace the Grind, Conquer the Climb

Next, we slow things down and turn up the resistance. Strength tracks challenge your muscles with heavier loads and controlled progressions, giving you the power to push through resistance and build muscular endurance over time. Steady, deliberate movements during this segment teach your body to embrace the burn and keep climbing higher.

  • Strengthen Your Stamina, Master Your Pace

Here’s where your grit shines. Endurance tracks focus on maintaining a moderate, steady effort over longer periods—training both your body and mind to stay in control and push through discomfort. This segment improves cardiovascular stamina, helps you develop pacing skills, and builds the mental toughness to go the distance.

  • Unleash Your Energy, Push Your Limits

We finish strong with power tracks that tap into your explosive energy. This segment pushes you to max effort with high-intensity bursts that challenge your strength, endurance, and mental resilience. By the end, you’ll feel empowered, accomplished, and ready to take on whatever comes next.

FAQ

  • A: Nope! We’ve got you covered no matter the size of your feet. If you have your own spin shoes, you’re welcome to bring them—as long as they use SPD clips, you’re good to ride!

  • A: We’re located inside the Be Well Studios Wellness Hub at 102 Idylwyld Drive. The door at 20th and Idylwyld is permanently locked, so you’ll need to enter through the back of the building (access off Ave. B).

  • A: Yes! Free angled parking is available beside the wooden wall near the back entrance. If that lot is full, there’s City of Saskatoon parking on the other side of the building. Please be respectful of our neighbours and avoid parking in reserved spots.

  • A: Yes! We share the beautiful Be Well Studios change rooms, which are fully equipped with free-to-use lockers (bring your own lock) and showers stocked with Blondology hair products and tools.

  • A: Absolutely! All WellCycle members can enjoy the co-ed sauna before or after class. You’ll find it in the change rooms, just past the showers. (Reminder: clothing is required!)

  • A: Definitely! We’ve partnered with Be Well Studios to offer childminding services. Check out the childminding passes and packages [here]. The childminding center uses a buzzer system (think waiting for a table at a restaurant), so if your child needs a diaper change or becomes inconsolable, they’ll buzz you. Feel free to step out, take care of your little one, and jump back into class when you're ready!

  • A: Not at this time! While we love our Be Well Wellness Hub community, WellCycle passes are for spin classes only, just as Be Well Bootcamp passes are for bootcamps. Stay tuned—membership collabs are in the works!

  • A: Classes run for 50 minutes.

  • A: Riders under 18 years of age will need parental consent to participate.

  • A: The Wellness Hub offers a wide range of services, including:

    • Massage therapy

    • Chiropractic care

    • Personal training

    • Mom and baby classes

    • Open gym access

    • And of course, bootcamps!
